Fissman 5" Santoku Knife Kronung Series Black/Silver (13 cm)

The santoku knife is designed for chopping vegetables, thin slicing, cutting meat and fish. The depressions on the surface make it easy to use: they allow air to remain in the depressions when cutting, so food does not stick to the blade. The KRONUNG line of kitchen knives was specially developed by the designers for the company's anniversary and was presented for the first time at a trade fair in Germany. They are made of German high-alloy steel X50CrMoV15, hardened to 57 on the Rockwell scale. This steel is extra strong and suitable for frequent use. Blades are double-sided, symmetrically laser-ground along the entire length of the cutting edge for easy slicing and dividing. Each model is equipped with a stainless steel bolster that evenly distributes the load during operation. The uniquely shaped ABS plastic handle is made without a single rivet. It provides excellent balance of the knife and safety of work. The perfect fit of each piece guarantees excellent appearance and hygiene. To extend the life of the knife, it should be washed by hand.
